Jesus was always thinking ahead- For His people, His mission and His message. A prominent example of this relieving truth lies in the Book of Luke:
‘For I will give you a mouth and wisdom, which none of your adversaries will be able to withstand or contradict.’ Luke 21:15
The Lord was speaking here of coming events. He said there was no need for His followers to panic about what they would say in such circumstances because He would provide them with a voice-filled with righteous truth and faithful words. Now, we are not able to prophesy the future as we are called to completely trust God in the path which lies ahead of us.
So, I would like to ask you, in what ways will you think ahead to serve Christ and proclaim His glory? How will you show radical generosity to others by thinking ahead?
