God Is Our Strength

The complexity and noise of the current situation in our world can lead us to grow weary and tiresome in our faith. As believers, it is important to remember that God is still working in us and He is our strength.

The fact is, the strength we have is not our own but comes from Christ. (Jeremiah 9:23-24) Regardless of how strong we think we are, the flesh is weak and without Him, we can easily fall into sin. (Mark 14:38) God equips us to stand strong in every situation we may be facing, or struggle that we cannot handle alone. He is our strength.

Our strength is found in Christ- by having a deep, heartfelt relationship with Him. Outside of Him, there is no other source that provides strength to overcome sin, trials and temptations in this world.

‘I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.’ Philippians 4:13
